OMG such a surprise this was & yes I know... Just a diner! But no, so much more! I ordered the Chicken parm quesadilla and the vodka style disco fries and they were both amazing. It was so much I had to pack it up and take it for lunch the next day. The flavors were amazing. Definitely going back to try other things that they have. And like I said above not just a diner.

Yesterday I went to Nutley Diner for breakfast. The food was absolutely phenomenal! I had ordered the New Yorker Breakfast Bowl. It consists of Grilled Steak w/ Home fries, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Peppers, & Mozzarella. Topped with 2 eggs over easy (your choice). And for the side I ordered their Sautéed Asparagus w/ Garlic & Olive Oil. My guest ordered their French Toast Napoleon for breakfast. It comes with French Toast topped w/ Strawberry, Bananas, & Whipped Cream. And dusted with Powdered Sugar & Cinnamon. They also ordered the Chicken Sausages on the side. My breakfast bowl was AMAZING! The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The home fries were on the money and the eggs and other veggies were extremely fresh and phenomenal in flavor! Best breakfast I had in a long, long time. The sautéed asparagus were absolutely tantalizing. It was such a great pairing to add with the breakfast bowl! The guest I was with said that their breakfast was really good as well too. From the food to their excellent customer service, everything was GREAT! I’d absolutely be going to Nutley Diner again for breakfast!!!!!!!

First time going to this diner. Staff were fantasic and accommodating to needs. They use premium/ fresh products. I had gotten the patty melt, and it was a real hamburger (not a frozen patty) will be back again! They have their own little parking lot, which is easy to get in and out of.
They have the best food but a little warning they will try fatting you up. I don’t mind but it’s a good thing. The portions of the food is big and i did have to take me left overs. So overall i will come back!!!. P.S. come when you are very hungry, you will get full fast.

We visited for a special ceremony this morning. This diner was close to our destination. Elda was our server. The service was impeccable. The food was great. My only negative, my egg whites were not fresh. Not sure if powdered eggs or what but not my favorite. I loved loved loved the hash browns. They're amazing. I highly recommend. Just a perfect location for a solo breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can walk in anytime of the day and it will feel very homey and cozy. The staff is super friendly, professional and they are always on the run hence this is a very fast paced environment. From the manager to the busboy everyone knows everything about this diner. The diner is super clean and the staff makes sure that every table is super clean before seating anyone. Most important aspect of this location is that everyone is hands on, including the manager. Food is delicious and very cheap. (Pancakes and waffles are the best!!!!) Definitely coming back and highly recommended spot in Nutley.
